In 2020, Nai started Black Marriage Club (BMC), which has pioneered significant strides in uniting and supporting couples across nations. Under her visionary leadership, BMC has grown into a thriving hub, boasting eight vibrant chapters, twelve regional areas, and a digital presence that captivates over 400,000 people across various platforms.
Nai's innovative approach to fostering community includes comprehensive coaching, couples meetups, a marriage resource directory, and orchestrating the acclaimed international Thrive in Love Couples Retreat — now in its 5th year.
Beyond BMC, Shobowale is the founder of Hazel's Dream, Inc., a scholarship fund dedicated to children with incarcerated parents. Her journey showcases how professional acumen can be repurposed to weave the social fabric of communities with threads of mentorship, support, and enduring unity.
As your social circles shift after marriage, how do you build and maintain friendships that actually support your relationship? Nai leads a candid, practical session on navigating friendship after the ring — and building the community your marriage deserves.
Paul Bashea Williams, MSW, LCSW-C, LICSW influences healthy relationships by having comprehension, compromise, consideration, and an understanding of how people interact with one another.
He is also the author of Dear Future Wife® — A Man’s Guide and A Woman’s Reference To Healthy Relationships.
As a licensed clinical social worker, Paul is on a mission to normalize mental health conversations for men — especially within marriage. He believes that unaddressed emotional wounds become the unspoken walls between partners, and that healing is not weakness but the highest act of love a man can offer his relationship.

The Hidden Cost of Carrying Everything Alone
Two words men say every single day — in the car, at work, to their wives, to themselves — and rarely mean. In this men-only breakout, Paul Bashea Williams opens up the conversation most men never get to have: what it actually costs to carry everything alone, how silence becomes distance in a marriage, and what it looks like to finally put the weight down — not out of weakness, but out of love for yourself and the person you chose.
